My Intrapreneurial Story: The Adventure of Becoming an Intrapreneur | Part 2

In the second part of my intrapreneurial journey, I will dig deeper into the certain steps I took to pursue this project to its success. I have committed to my manager that I will take full responsibility and accountability for this project, and I have begun to focus on the things that are actionable. I then consider the fundamental challenges that I must work through. As soon as I started the project, I told myself that accountability and delegation were two of the core priorities I had to start with. I then started building a team that shared the same mindset and beliefs as I do, and from there we created the vision statement. After a lot of brainstorming and effort, we finally got a good outcome by continuing to be responsible for the work we are doing.

As I write, there are two prestigious awards that are in front of me and tell me that, for as long as we firmly believe and act, our things do work. Right now, I don’t know what the future holds for me and my colleagues who are working on this project, but I am aware that projects come and go, and businesses will fail or prosper. As you watch and change your philosophy or mission, you are learning from whatever you do. I am proud of how far this project has gone. I am proud of my colleagues and management who supported me on this project. All the best.

Watch till the end as we go over these topics:

  • The importance of believing in yourself and your colleagues
  • The power of support to accomplish your goal
  • The importance of your philosophy
  • Learning from the things you do regardless of the failure or success
